Guidelines for Reopening and Virtual Information
Due to careful precautions and our ability to meet and exceed all measures set forth by state and local governments, we are proud to announce that our locations are now part of THE MEDICAL FITNESS ASSOCIATION.
Please Wear A Mask!
Temperature and/or symptom screened upon arrival and asked to use hand sanitizer and to wear face coverings to the extent possible while in the facility.
It is highly recommended that patrons wear face coverings when entering and leaving the facility and should consider wearing them during workouts. Considerations should be made for members who are unable or unwilling to wear a face covering and ensure that they are able to maintain physical distance.
Social Distancing Guidelines
- Please remember to stay a safe distance (at least 6 feet) from other customers. Let’s all be as safe as possible.
- When you arrive for class, go put your stuff away and go sit down in one of the YELLOW marks on the mats.
- Bring your own water bottle. For safety, our water fountains are temporary shutdown.
- Staff and customers should avoid shaking hands, bumping fists or elbows, and other physical contact.
- Uniform MUST be always clean!
- Only those customers that are actually exercising should be inside the facility. Students are encouraged to be dropped off (except the Little Ninjas). Seating area will be limited!
